REFUNDS

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY RETURN

You will receive an email when the returns are being processed in the warehouse and you will receive another when we have processed the refund

Returns sent through Royal Mail, are not necessarily delivered to the fulfilment warehouse on the date given on their tracking. Parcels are delivered in sacks or cages once or twice a week to the warehouse for all of their fulfilment customers, so please allow an extra couple of days before contacting us if the tracking says delivered.  The signature is usually when the parcel is added to the bag or cage rather than actual delivery date. The warehouse just signs for number of bags or cages.
